Guidelines For Members

For Providing Justice to Needy Persons

  • Always work within the purview of law. No member or CPS itself is above the law. We are working for the sole objective of national security.
  • It must be ensured that the first victim himself has approached concerned authorities for justice; if the concerned authorities do not act, then he shall approach us with a written application bearing his signature and the signatures of witnesses, apart from enclosing the other relevant documents.
  • CPS will first investigate the matter impartially, and after verifying its truthfulness, it will move ahead for further legal course of action. Members are requested to obtain suggestions from CPS HQ before proceeding into any such cases.
  • To help needy persons in all manners make efforts to remove their social and family problems.
